This policy explains what Revny may collect, why it is used and how teams can contact us about privacy questions.
1. Information we collect
Revny may collect account information, organization details, team member information, support messages, billing status, product usage events and technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
2. Billing information
Payments are processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. Revny does not intentionally store full card numbers on its own website. Payment providers may process billing details according to their own privacy and security policies.
3. Product and support data
When you request access, contact support or use Revny, we may process information such as team name, model count, selected platforms, operating system, support requests and app diagnostics. This helps us provide onboarding, support, security and product improvements.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide Revny, manage accounts, process subscriptions, respond to support, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, enforce terms and comply with legal obligations.
5. Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, support, payment processing, email and infrastructure. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Revny.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers are responsible for using strong internal access controls and keeping team credentials secure.
7. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet business needs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
8. Your requests
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
9. Platform independence
Revny is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fansly, Fanvue, OnlyFans or MYM. Data you provide to those platforms is governed by their own policies.
