Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Revny may collect, why it is used and how teams can contact us about privacy questions.
1. Information we collect
Revny processes account and organization details, team membership and creator assignments, subscription status, support requests and the CRM records a customer chooses to sync. CRM records can include creator profiles, fan identifiers, conversation history, notes, tags, scripts, vault metadata, offer history, revenue events and daily performance measurements.
2. Billing information
Payments are processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. Revny does not intentionally store full card numbers on its own website. Payment providers may process billing details according to their own privacy and security policies.
3. Product and support data
When you contact support, Revny processes the information you submit. Optional anonymous diagnostics are off by default and can be enabled or disabled in the desktop app. Diagnostics contain technical error codes, operating-system family and app version; they do not include passwords, session tokens, private messages, fan content or account email.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide Revny, manage accounts, process subscriptions, respond to support, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, enforce terms and comply with legal obligations. When a Pro user enables Aura, the conversation context, creator playbook, writing-style examples and limited commerce context needed to decide and draft the next reply are sent to OpenAI. Aura uses the API with response storage disabled and saves its decisions in the customer's Revny workspace. Approval mode requires a person to send each reply. Auto mode, when deliberately enabled per creator, may send only replies that pass Revny's confidence and safety rules; uncertain or sensitive conversations remain queued for human review.
5. Service providers
Revny currently uses Cloudflare for website and edge infrastructure, Supabase for managed application data, Stripe for subscriptions and payments, Resend for transactional email, OpenAI for the optional support assistant and Have I Been Pwned Pwned Passwords for breach screening. Password screening uses k-anonymity: only the first five characters of a SHA-1 hash are sent, never the password or complete hash. Each provider processes only the information needed for its service under its own contractual and security terms. Changes to material subprocessors will be reflected in this policy.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers are responsible for using strong internal access controls and keeping team credentials secure.
7. Retention
Workspace data remains while the account is active. When an owner completes permanent deletion in Revny, the primary workspace and memberships are deleted and active sessions are revoked. A one-way hash of affected account email addresses and minimal deletion metadata may be retained to prevent accidental recreation, document the request and protect against abuse. Stripe and other processors may retain invoices, transactions or legally required records under their own retention obligations.
8. Your requests
A workspace owner can download a machine-readable JSON export from Settings → My account. The same area provides permanent workspace deletion after password verification, exact workspace-name confirmation and cancellation of active subscriptions. You may also contact us for access, correction or deletion requests where applicable; identity verification may be required.
9. Data location and transfers
Revny and its service providers may process data in countries other than the customer’s country. Where required, relevant contractual or other approved transfer safeguards are used by the applicable provider. Contact Revny for the current processor documentation available for your account.
10. Platform independence
Revny is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fansly, Fanvue, OnlyFans or MYM. Data you provide to those platforms is governed by their own policies.
11. Contact
