Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Revny, including private rollout builds, paid subscriptions, desktop app access and related support.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Revny, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Revny on behalf of an agency, company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service
Revny provides creator CRM software for operator teams managing creator workflows, revenue context, media organization, team coordination and related operational data. Certain features may be released through private rollout, beta or controlled desktop builds before general availability.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, devices and team access secure. You must ensure that all users in your organization follow these terms and only use Revny for lawful business operations.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Revny pricing is charged per model according to the plan selected in the app. Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled or expires according to the selected billing period.
5. No refunds
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. This includes monthly, three-month and six-month subscription plans, unused time, partially used billing periods, private rollout access and account changes made after payment. You are responsible for reviewing pricing, model count and plan duration before completing payment.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Revny to violate laws, platform rules, privacy rights, intellectual property rights or payment network requirements. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, abuse, overload, copy or interfere with Revny or its infrastructure.
7. Platform independence
Platform names and logos referenced on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. Revny is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially integrated with Fansly, Fanvue, OnlyFans or MYM unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Availability and changes
Revny may change, suspend or discontinue features as the product develops. Private rollout builds may contain incomplete features, limited availability or changes before production release.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revny is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, revenue outcomes or platform account results. Revny will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages.
